Kat at the Writer’s Retreat

Kat just got back from the Green Mountain Puppet Playwright Retreat in Tinmouth, VT where she got to visit with some friends from the ONeill Pupptery Conference, meet new people, hang out in the woods and get to writing. She came back with a completed script for the Chicago Fringe Festival which we are quite excited about working on. Joanna and Mary Kate will be collaborating on scene and puppet design and Kat will be directing and overseeing the production.

The only downside to Kat’s most recent adventure is that the entire camp came down with the super flu everyone seems to have. But despite that, she still had a great time and wrote a great script. We’ll be working on flushing it out and building the puppets as soon as we have our latest show “The History of Light” up and running.
